    Guilt

    drama

An American in London becomes the prime suspect in the savage murder of her roommate. As the investigation unfolds, the viewers will question whether she’s a naive, young girl whose poor decisions are being magnified under the ruthless glare of the British tabloids, or whether she’s a sociopath who brutally murdered her friend. Even her own sister, who comes to London to defend her, will question how well she really knows her little sister as more and more ugly truths come out. This mystery will twist through all layers of London society — from a posh, but depraved, sex club all the way up to the Royal Family itself. The crown prosecutor is convinced that Grace Atwood killed her flatmate Molly Ryan and now it’s in the hands of the jury. As the jury deliberates Grace’s fate, Detectives Bruno and Pike rush to uncover who is behind the Hertfordshire murder and if the two cases are related. To buy time, Stan and Natalie try and postpone the court proceedings, not knowing that Grace has an escape plan of her own in motion. Meanwhile, Patrick is convinced that Prince Theo is the murderer and intent on revenge. So, when the Prince’s compulsions lead him back to Kaley, it provides Patrick with the opportunity he’s been waiting for. As Stan works on Grace’s defense, Graces struggles to remember a chunk of missing time on the night of Molly’s murder. Stan wants to bring in a forensic psychiatrist who specializes in Memory Recovery Therapy to help discover what Grace might have blacked out from that night. Natalie develops her own theory about Prince Theo and goes to Bruno for help, not knowing he’s been covering up the Prince’s tracks along the way. But Theo has his own problems when he realizes Charlotte has figured out his lies about Molly. Meanwhile, Patrick discovers the Prince is Gentleman 33, who happened to be Molly’s best customer at the Courtenay. As the Molly Ryan murder case ramps up, the case against Grace has never looked worse. Natalie reveals to Stan that Molly worked as a prostitute at The Courtenay, and that Grace may have as well. Stan buries any Courtenay connection to Grace, but tips off the press to Molly’s connection to this dark, dangerous world. Natalie confronts Grace with what she’s discovered and, if anything, leaves even more disturbed by her sister’s potential guilt – especially after Bruno shows her a tape of Grace planting evidence. But before giving up on her sister completely, Natalie turns to an unlikely source for information about Molly’s murder. Meanwhile, Prince Theo’s lies begin to unravel as Charlotte finds a surprising way to confront him about his dead “dog” named ‘Molly,’ and Kaley discovers that Theo is her mysterious Gentleman 33. Roz finds herself in over her head with both Stan and Finch. Later, Grace is forced to make a desperate move to protect herself. While Luc is on lockdown at the police station, Gwen tries to finally get the piece of information she has been desperately looking for to link Grace to Molly’s murder. But, with Luc sticking to his story that he and Grace were on the roof together all night and Stan working every angle to get Luc out, Gwen is running out of time. Detective Bruno decides to jump in to play good cop and is shocked by what he discovers. Grace teams up with Roz to deflect suspicion off of Grace by planting evidence on a new suspect with ties to The Courtenay sex club. They recruit Natalie to seduce Finch as a distraction, but Natalie may be in over her head when Finch takes her sexy flirtation seriously. Meanwhile, after putting himself in danger by upsetting the wrong people while delving into Molly’s past, Patrick turns to an unlikely ally, Kaley, who is having a harder and harder time denying her attraction to him. And Prince Theo’s lies start to unravel when he accidentally lets something slip, leading his fiancée Charlotte to suspect he’s hiding something. A weary Grace spends the night at the police station, only to be accosted by paparazzi when she tries to leave. As the situation turns ugly, a stranger comes to her rescue. After agreeing to go off with the Good Samaritan, she begins to suspect that he has darker intentions. When Natalie realizes Grace is gone, she and Detective Bruno frantically search the city, hoping to find her sister before it's too late. Meanwhile, Patrick goes undercover at The Courtenay, a posh sex club, to get to the bottom of his sister's double life and find her killer.

When Joyce's online date walks out on her, Mel grudgingly invites her along. She suggests that the woman he's dating, Allison, is burdened with having to take care of her blind boyfriend, so Mel sets out to prove her wrong. Meanwhile, it's Runyen who gets in Henry's head, convincing him that he and Jenny are spending so much time together, they've fallen into the dreaded friend zone. However, she can't work up the nerve to tell her family she wants to pursue a different career path. When Mel thinks Henry is becoming a slacker, he takes him into work to show him what success looks like. Seeing his dad in action, Henry learns an unexpected lesson that helps him step out of his father's shadow. Meanwhile, Joyce and Katie decide that in Mel's absence, they need to stand up for themselves, which makes for a couple of bold, and embarrassing, confrontations in the returns department of a furniture store.

But when he discovers that she works in maintenance for the building where he works, their worlds begin to collide in the most unexpected way. Facing Brody’s critical boss, Mr. Mansfield, as well as annoyed colleagues, the pair must find a way to deal with their growing feelings for each other in this modern take on Romeo & Juliet. Having found an engagement ring in Brody's bag, Jenny is freaking out. She discovers it's a misunderstanding, but not before she can shoot Brody down for a proposal he didn't even give. When Mansfield takes an instant dislike to his soon-to-be son-in-law, it looks like it's up to Brody to save the wedding. After winning hundreds of thousands at craps, Lindsay and Harvard go on the spree to end all sprees, and end up having to tap into Lindsay's shadowy past to pay off their debt. Having slept with Brody's ex-girlfriend Heather (Anna Camp), Threepeat has to either tell his friend or break it off with Heather. Brody's ex-girlfriend Heather (Anna Camp) returns as a partner in the company and Brody thinks he's falling behind. As a birthday gift, Jenny decides to help Brody cross something off his life goal list to cheer him up. Mansfield has the perfect island wedding planned for his daughter, until the island sinks. With Lindsay's help, his hunt for a new wedding destination sends the whole office to sin city. Harvard feels out of place in Las Vegas until he finds the wonderful world of craps. Threepeat instantly reverts to being Heather's assistant until he snaps and finally stands up for himself. Things take a turn when Jenny finds an 'engaging' package in Brody's suitcase. Brody panics when Jenny invites the cultured and sophisticated Mansfield over to their zero bedroom, half bathroom 'palace' for dinner to thank him for paying for college. Harvard and Lindsay are the perfect couple who never, ever fight. That is until all their pent up tension explodes in the middle of Jenny's dinner party. When Threepeat gets his 15 minutes of fame as a financial correspondent, he freezes up until he gets a little on camera help from former childstar Derrick. But if Brody can change Jenny's mind about musicals, maybe one day she can change her mind about marriage. Mansfield gets out of planning his daughter's wedding by pawning his wife (Emily Rutherfurd) off on Threepeat (in full wedding planner mode), only to feel he's missing out. Derrick convinces Harvard he's taking things too fast with Lindsay - too bad it wasn't before Harvard visited the tattoo parlor. Brody is back upstairs in his natural habitat, and it's just in time for Mansfield's annual basketball tournament! He and Threepeat are psyched. But when Jenny, who always regretted losing her college basketball scholarship, decides she has something to prove, she signs the ground floor up to play too. Now it's upstairs vs. downstairs and boyfriend vs. girlfriend. Meanwhile, Derrick tricks Harvard and Lindsay to go on their first date and Harvard has to learn that dating is harder than he remembers it.
